Living History: Archiving the Talk of A Lifetime When: Wed, July 11 6:30-8pm Where: Budlong Woods Library, 5630 N. Lincoln Ave. Studs Terkel was a fixture of Chicago life for more than half a century. Best known for his years on WFMT-FM radio conducting interviews with some of the most interesting people of the 20th century. Now, thanks to a partnership between the Chicago History Museum and the WFMT Radio Network, most of these 5,600 programs are, or will soon be, available in an online audio archive accessible to everyone.
