Devon Ave. Rogers Park/West Ridge Historical Society is pleased to present Dr. Robert Launay, of Northwestern University, with Colleen Sen, culinary historian to discuss the delicious education in Senegalese culinary culture. The talk will begin at Little Lagos Market before arranged carpools to Badou Senegalese Cuisine for lunch. Dr. Launay will talk about Senegalese cuisine and African cuisine generally. $40 for members, $45 non-members. Lunch is included.
