Montrose Ave. Join Centro Romero at Ixcateco Grill for a demonstration in mole making by renowned chef Anselmo Ramirez. Chef Ramirez will explain and show how he makes his signature 25 hour Pollo en Mole Negro followed by an exclusive dinner. The demonstration will include examples of ingredients, processes and the final product. Support the work of Centro Romero and join the celebration of a cultural tradition passed down between generations and countries. All proceeds going to Centro Romero's department of Adult Education.
