Chicago’s waterfront stone-carving extravaganza seems unique, a triumph of the city’s forever open and free public lakeshore Join Rogers Park/West Ridge Historical Society to hear from William Swislow, a photographer whose artistic vision celebrates Chicago's hidden treasures, in this event co-sponsored by three North Side historical associations.
