Te Friends of the Rogers Park Library will be having a Second Chance Book Sale to raise money.
The funds are needed to replace the $500 the group gave recently to help purchase new library materials. This money came from “a couple of generous donors,” as well as an earlier used book sale, the group said. Some of this money was used to acquire new furniture for the library’s Teen Center, as well as materials for the library’s Summer Learning Challenge.
