As Chicago gradually reopens, there are innumerable stories to be told. How can you make your business, organization and/or initiative stand out to the public and press?
This hour-long workshop will cover the basics of public relations and you will be guided through interactive exercises to:
- Determine exactly what you are promoting and which audiences you are targeting
- Learn how to capture journalists' attention with a story that is timely and newsworthy
- Define your goals for PR in the near future, including which outreach methods may be most effective for you
