Join us for this year's review and celebrate the meaningful programs and events that shaped 2023.

As you hear about the programming and accomplishments you will discover the impact that SSAs have in enhancing commercial corridors. Meet RPBA staff, SSA Commissioners and community stakeholders. 

Special Service Areas are local tax districts that fund expanded services and programs which typically include but are not limited to: public way maintenance and beautification; district marketing and advertising; business retention/attraction, special events and promotional activities; façade improvements; and other commercial and economic development initiatives.
