Small Business Owner Roundtable

Small Business Majority, a national nonprofit, in partnership with Rogers Park Business Alliance, is hosting a focus group discussion for small business owners to share their views on employee management. Business owner input is needed to inform how agencies and small business assistance centers can best support small firms with a lean or no HR department. 

In response to the nationwide #MeToo concerns, guest speaker Rachel Johnson from Coalition Against Workplace Sexual Violence will also lead an interactive discussion on how small business owners can be leaders to create a secure and productive workplace.
