The Culture of Safety, LLC is hosting a self-defense workshop on Saturday, August 10 from 5-8 pm at the Glenwood Dance Studio, 7017 N. Glenwood.
This workshop will provide adults with the skills they need to feel safer and stronger. The workshop, Empowerment Self-Defense for Adults, is open to all genders ages 17 and older. More information and tickets are available online.
