Principal Adams to host meeting on Alderman Moore’s education proposal Join Ald. Moore and Sullivan High School Principal Chad Adams for an important community meeting that to discuss the future of public education in Rogers Park. After consulting neighborhood school principals, educators and local school council members, Ald. Moore developed a proposal, which he issued earlier this month, to address the declining enrollment at some of the local schools and enhance public education in Rogers Park. Specifically, the proposal calls for the merger of Eugene Field Elementary School into Joyce Kilmer Elementary School. The proposal further calls for moving Stephen Decatur Classical School into the Field School building. Tuesday, August 30, 2016 7 p.m. Sullivan High School auditorium, 6631 N. Bosworth Ave. Sullivan High School Principal Chad Adams, is hosting a community meeting at which Ald. Moore will present the proposal and gather feedback from parents and community residents.
