Loyola Park Dune Restoration When: Sat, June 17 9:30am-12:30pm Where: North of the pier at Pratt and Farwell on the beach Join the Loyola Dunes Restoration Project for a workday this weekend. Ann Whelan will host a tour of the site to point out invasive species of plants that volunteers will be weeding out. Gloves, tools and instruction will be provided. This is also migration season! Bring binoculars if you would like to bird watch. The weather near the lake can be breezy and 20 degrees cooler than inland.
