The U.S. and Illinois Departments of Labor are making sure businesses are following their employee pay procedures and policies that are compliant with federal, state and local laws. Join this engaging discussion on properly classifying employees as exempt vs. non-exempt, making valid wage deductions and reimbursements and more on how to stay compliant with new city ordinances.
