Amy Jones- Blonde (she/they) and Kyren Epperson- Glasses (they/them), Culture of Safety

In this training, participants will learn and practice techniques to prevent and interrupt harassment in their workplace. This training complies with the City of Chicago?s annual bystander intervention training requirement.

Join us at this virtual workshop to get the skills to feel safe, strong and self-confident when confronted with uncomfortable situations where you NEED to act.

Culture of Safety is a Chicago-based small business. They are women and queer-owned and were founded to offer empowerment-based violence prevention trainings.

Examples of the trainings they offer for adults are empowerment self-defense, bystander intervention and workplace safety. They also offer classes for young people, such as self-defense & bullying prevention for kids, youth and teens.

RPBA strives to bring our business community the tools and resources to GROW their business. With that in mind, we are launching GEM: Grow. Engage. Meet. quarterly events.
