Event Description:
Family Matters invites you to walk in their 29th Annual Walk-a-thon, which raises funds to support their youth programs. The 5-mile Walk begins at 10 a.m. at Gale Academy, one block south of Family Matters.
In lieu of a registration fee, walkers are asked to raise a minimum of $100 in pledges. All registered walkers will be set up with a personal fundraising page, or donations can be collected via Facebook.
All walkers receive a t-shirt and a picnic lunch following the walk. Registration and t-shirt pickup begins at 9 a.m. We will walk rain or shine, and kids and dogs are welcome!
