The Business Enterprise Program (BEP) for businesses owned by minorities, women, and persons with disabilities is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable and competitive business environment that will support underrepresented businesses to increase their capacity, grow revenue, and enhance credentials.  Procurement topics will cover registrations in the 5 procurement portals to do business with the state, to review requests for information or proposals and receive updates on procurement rules and requirements.
