Learn how this strategic business management template is used to develop new business models, document existing ones and even test new product or service ideas. From income streams to marketing channels, we will explore how each part of a business interacts and influences the others.

To celebrate the collective impact and success SBDCs have across the nation, and in local communities each year, America’s SBDCs are hosting the 8th annual SBDC Day today, March 20th. SBDC Day is a national movement to help share small business success stories and the notable impact SBDCs have fostered nationwide.
