Identified in the One Howard Street Economic Recovery Plan, this stretch of Callan Avenue has the potential to be transformed into a vibrant Urban Plaza!

This temporary closure of the street will allow our team to understand impacts to traffic, parking and develop a design concept that meets the needs of the community, business owners, and visitors to the area.

Representatives from the Project Team will be on-site at the corner of Callan Avenue and Howard St. Community members are invited to join the design team to provide feedback on inspirational images
and share their thoughts on Callan Avenue’s future as a temporary or permanent public plaza space.
