State Representative Kelly Cassidy and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity are pleased to present this grant opportunity to independently owned small businesses operating in brick-and-mortar locations in the 14th District. 

The Grant will stabilize the safety, security and economic vitality of the District. Grant funds will support qualified State of Illinois 14th District businesses to implement violence prevention, business protection and safety interventions.
