Document Shredding Electronics Recycling Event When: Sun, Apr 23 9am-12pm Where: Republic Bank, 2720 W. Devon Ave. West Ridge Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their Earth Day recycling event for documents and electronics at the Republic Bank parking lot. Things not accepted: TVs, fluorescent bulbs, batteries, devices containing Freon such as dehumidifiers, AC units and refrigerators. Any hazardous items, devices containing mercury- such as old thermostats. $5 donation is being asked per vehicle. All proceeds will benefit an elementary school to be determined.
