About Us

Midwest is a growing, diverse private guardianship and care management agency serving older adults and people with disabilities. Established in 2010 with a vision of providing flexible, personal geriatric and disability consulting, the Midwest team brings expertise, understanding, and reliability to every interaction. Our care managers help families and support systems to make decisions when a loved one needs specialized medical care or skilled living arrangements. Through our guardianship services, we can help make medical decisions, manage bills and properties, and assure protections are in place. We also provide education advocacy for students with special needs, helping families navigate school services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of life to individuals while ensuring they are safe and healthy. Midwest Care Management Services Inc. works privately with families, through the probate court system, and with corporate guardians, trustees, and money managers.
