Requirements: Good quality mat for lawn and strap or men's tie.
The class is designed for people who want to get more in touch with their bodies and themselves. The focus is on the breath, stretching and strengthening. It is also on bringing the mind into the body and learning to tune out outside noise. It will be in a self-accepting, non-competitive environment where each student works at their own level.
One hour of active yoga and 15 minutes at the end for relaxation.
