This GROW Workshop Session will teach you about all of the factors to take into consideration when developing a budget for your business. What can you really afford? How much revenue do you need to bring in to make your business work? Kevin Kummar, CPA and principal of ACT Group will teach you what you need to know. Then, think about your personal life, too. Billy Lowe of Della Monica and Associates will help you bring your business and personal life plans into synch.
